Persecution

This verse below agrees with the quote in picture:

“Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” (2 Timothy 3:12)

Also it speaks of “All” (not some true believers) meaning any true believer will be “persecuted in some way”.

Persecution could mean “unfair treatment at work due to being a Christian” to “being martyred for believing in Christ”.

The “Key difference” between “true believers” and “their persecutors” is this:

‘True believers never persecute anyone for any reason’

The irony is this:
Some denominations of Christianity persecute each other, unbelievers & even Christians who don’t agree to their doctrine with the classic ‘noble intention’ of protecting their ‘own kind’ from the ‘influence of the heretics, as they claim’ which is all certainly a ‘wrong act’.

The freedom to speak & believe for each individual must be respected by each true Christian regardless even if our adversaries are wrong. We must “not” ‘persecute them’ with ‘biasedness, unfair treatment’ or in any other way too fulfilling Christ’s Command to ‘love our enemies’ too beyond the ‘basic love thy neighbour command’.
