The Humility of The Almighty

In The Book of Revelation, Lord Jesus Christ reveals Himself as ‘the Almighty’ (after His Resurrection):

JESUS SPEAKS: “I am the Alpha and the Omega, who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.” (Revelation 1:8)

P/S:

Recap: Previously, it stunned the Heavens and those who knew it –> simply because –> no one thought that ‘God would be Humble to the Highest in that He made Himself “nothing” too’ —> as this verse revealed ‘later’:

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not a thing to be grasped to be equal with God:

But emptied Himself, and took upon Him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:” (Philippians 2:5 – 7)

*Note: “emptied” Himself = made Himself as ‘nothing’ (to the ‘lowest’).

Humility is most truthfully measured as follows:

‘To the height of position one is and how far down one is willing to go’.

Thus, in the Case for God, we find that:

Jesus (God in Revealed Flesh) went ‘from the Highest’ (as God, equal) to the ‘Lowest’ (as ‘nothing’ by ’emptying Himself’).

All other ‘humility’ falls short of His.

🙂

**Many people can’t accept this because they don’t understand that God is Perfect in all His Virtues, including “Humility” (and that’s one of the thing Proved in His Way of His Cross) —> A Deep Mystery Indeed in All Good.
