The All Things Context

This “same All Things” is said to be

(1) “Reconciled to Him”

“and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in the heavens.” – apostle Paul (Colossians 1:20)

(ii) “Restored to/by/in Him”

“whom it behoveth heaven, indeed, to receive till times of a restoration (restitution) of all things, of which God spake through the mouth of all His holy prophets from the age.” (Acts of the Apostles, 3:21)

(causing the World to be Saved in the End fulfilling the Perfect Will of God) as it is implied by the verses above.

“We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.” – apostle John (1 John 4:14)

“Blessed Saviour of the World”

*The other “all” such as “all herbs” may speak of a “relative all” (with respect to the “herbs owned by a person” etc.; the distinction is clear & without confusion nor manipulation)
